The Office Manager role is a critical multi-functional position to promote a healthy work culture, employee engagement and overall team satisfaction. The role encompasses elements of office management, event coordination, and recruiting assistant. While candidates don't need to have experience in all these functions, we do need someone to be able to adapt and take on new challenges across whatever responsibilities are needed.


  • Facilities management, including ownership of general office organization and supply/food procurement.

  • Vendor management, including owning and managing the relationship with building management.

  • Events management and coordination, including in-office team events (office lunch), and off-site events.

  • Candidate management and new hire onboarding, including scheduling candidate site visits and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

  • Work cross-functionally to streamline and document process. Example opportunities include the creation of an events calendar, and new hire on-boarding.

  • Expense management including invoicing and payments. Experience with Harvest time tracking tool is a plus.
