Leading SAFe teaches leaders at all levels to apply Lean and Agile practices not just at the team level but at scale throughout the enterprise. It covers the principles and practices of Lean and Agile so that you can lead teams that are empowered to achieve outcomes. We reveal gotchas and traps, and supplement them with other knowledge where appropriate.  Students who take our classes get an additional Lab Zero benefit -- you can schedule an individual coaching session with us to help you prepare for the exam or put the concepts into practice.
